Vinegar                                         Wings

Salt and vinegar wings       


                        -2 cups of flour

                        - ½ cup of corn starch

                        - 1 Tablespoon of Salt

                        - ¾ Tablespoon of Black Pepper

                        - ½ Tablespoon of Garlic powder

                        -  Tablespoon of Paprika

  1. Combine all dry ingredients together
  2. Drench full chicken wings in dry mix
  3. Heat oil to 350 degrees F
  4. Fry in oil until browned and wings float to top
  5. Pat dry wings and place into a Large bowl
  6. ¼ cup of Carr’s Que Vinegar BBQ sauce into Large bowl
  7. Toss wings in sauce
  8. Plate wings and sprinkle Flake Salt

Vinegar BBQ a staple of the Carolinas brings a nice tang to any dish ours is packed with flavor and some heat!



White                           Chicken Salad

                        -Grilled Chicken Breasts

                        -Celery, Chopped finely 

                        -Crispy Bacon, Chopped finely



                        -Carr’s Que White BBQ Sauce

                        -Shred Chicken, Dice Bacon and Chop celery

                        -2 dashes of cinnamon


                        -1/2  Cup of Mayonnaise

                        -1/2 Cup of Carr’s Que White BBQ Sauce

                        Toss together and enjoy!!

            -1 Teaspoon of Horseradish

            -1 Teaspoon of black pepper

            -3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

            -5 Tablespoons of Tomato Juice

            - Vodka as much as you want!!!

Noodle Stir Fry  


           - Thinly sliced steak 

           - Desired thinly sliced vegetables, Suggest Carrots, Snap Peas Onions and Scallions 

            - Udon Noodles 

            - Bean Sprouts

            - Carr's Que Korean BBQ Sauce

  1. Heat frying pan to a high heat with oil.
  2. Put your vegetables and fry until soft.
  3. Once vegetables are soft put your steak in with the vegetables.
  4. Cook until steak is almost at your desired Temperature
  5.  Take off heat and mix in your cooked udon noodles and Carr's Que Korean BBQ Sauce
  6. Top with chilled bean sprouts and sesame seeds. 

Our Korean BBQ Sauce has alot of pan asian flavors, great umami flavors and a mellow spice. Great on wings or a delicious punch up to a sandwich.

Season Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper. Cover pork chops in a light coat of Carr's Que Gold. Cover pork chops in Carr's Que Dry Rub. Grill or Cook on a High heat to create a nice delicious crust!

Ribs, Chicken, Steak our Dry Rub can do it all. Sweet with a kick and the dark mellowness of coffee creates a balanced seasoning to anything you want to put it on!
